We understand that at times unexpected events may come up that may prevent you from attending the conference after you have made payment. Please also be aware that we make budgetary plans based on the number of paid guests. If you require a refund we ask that you do so at least fourteen days prior to the conference date. Only very special circumstances will be considered if you request a refund after this time. Under no conditions will refunds be offered after the conclusion of the conference.
